We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Youth Curry:

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot process returns.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You must initiate a return request through our return portal
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Types & Responsibility
1. Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a free replacement or refund, subject to verification.
2. Size Issues
If you ordered the wrong size or didn’t like the product:
You can request a return
The return courier will be auto-arranged via our integrated partner (like Delhivery).
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, either prepaid or deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Items purchased during sale or discounts
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
Shipping charges (if any) will be deducted unless it's a defective item.
If it’s been more than 14 days after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Cancellations
Once processing begins, we can’t cancel the order.
